The Company may go for an exception in some cases when it is necessary to return payment made by the credit card, but only if the Client justifies the reason of doing this. The Client may submit a request to refund in case of service not provided, not as described, or not functioning appropriately. A refund is possible in case when the funds had been deposited to the account, but no trades were executed. The refund can be done only to the credit card/bank account that was used for depositing.
In order to start the return process the Client shall submit a cancellation request by emailing to support@adveniotrader.com. A cancellation request shall contain the following information at least but not limited to:
All the information in the cancellation request submitted to the Company shall be identical to that originally submitted in the initial payment.
All received cancellation requests are to be dealt with by the Company provided that the following conditions are fulfilled:
