Refund Policy

The Company may go for an exception in some cases when it is necessary to return payment made by the credit card, but only if the Client justifies the reason of doing this. The Client may submit a request to refund in case of service not provided, not as described, or not functioning appropriately. A refund is possible in case when the funds had been deposited to the account, but no trades were executed. The refund can be done only to the credit card/bank account that was used for depositing.

In order to start the return process the Client shall submit a cancellation request by emailing to support@adveniotrader.com. A cancellation request shall contain the following information at least but not limited to:

  • full name of the Client;
  • residential address;
  • contact e-mail and phone number(-s);
  • trading account number(-s);
  • initial payment amount, date of payment, used payment method(i.e. credit/debit cards);
  • payment identification number(if any);
  • the reasons of the cancellation subject to the conditions stated below;
  • signed the Statement on Conditions of Funds Withdrawal (Addendum 1 to the Refund Policy);
  • signed Statement(s) Regarding the Processing of Funds Withdrawal for any withdrawals prior to the refund request (Addendum 2 to the Refund Policy).

All the information in the cancellation request submitted to the Company shall be identical to that originally submitted in the initial payment.

All received cancellation requests are to be dealt with by the Company provided that the following conditions are fulfilled:

  • all cancellation requests shall be for genuine and acceptable reasons, and those reasons shall be described in detail by the Client in the cancellation request;
  • all cancellation requests shall be submitted within 7 days from the moment of the initial payment; the Company shall notify the Client in cases where it is not possible to process the cancellation request due to card scheme or payment institution rules;
  • all cancellation requests shall be processed within 10 business days as per term set by the Client Agreement for claims related to non-trading operations or exceptionally more; the Company shall notify the Client in cases when additional time is required;
  • all cancellation requests shall be reviewed only if the requested amount does not exceed initial payment amount and as well as free margin of trading account;
  • any charges deducted by the payment institution and also any loss or expense, if suffered or incurred by the Company due to adverse exchange rate fluctuation are to be covered from the return amount.

As a user of trading service on trading platform www.adveniotrader.com, by signing this statement, I hereby confirm that:

  • I understand the procedure for the withdrawal of my funds that I will claim from the service provider during my use of service.
  • I understand that my request to withdraw funds from my trading account on the www.adveniotrader.com platform will not be met, which means that my payment will not be made, until all of the following conditions are met:
  1. I shall submit a withdrawal request from my account in written form.
  1. I shall check my open positions, to make sure that the funds I requested to withdraw are available for payment (they are in my account and are not tied to open positions).
  1. Upon receiving a message from trading service provider’s support, on the trading platform www.adveniotrader.com (hereinafter: Support), I shall respond to the received message by confirming compliance with item 2.
  1. If the message referred to in item 3, or any other message from Support, contains text of a Withdrawal statement (a statement confirming that I submitted a request referred to in item 1), I shall sign that statement and return it to the same email address from which I received it.
  1. My withdrawal request referred to in item 1 will be execured only after the conditions referred to in items 1 to 4 have been met.

REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF FUNDS WITHDRAWAL

In trading and through active use of the services on the platform www.adveniotrader.com, I hereby confirm that after the application of fund withdrawal, I received, as part of regular procedure, a notification regarding the necesity of checking all opened positions in trading, so that the amount solicited for withdrawal would not jeopardize either one of the opened transactions on my trading account nor my trading account in its entirety.

I also confirm that as soon as the notification was received, I have checked all my opened positions and after having have done so, I would like to further proceed with the withdrawal of my funds, aware of the current situation of all opened positions and trading account.

Furthermore, I confirm having made the initial deposit/s by ___________________________ (credit and/or debit card / wire transfer) as payment method/s and that I have undertaken the necessary actions to provide all information and documents solicited, for the payment in question to be made.
